When you use DeepCare, we collect: your name and email (required for your account), body concern notes and updates you submit, and session summary information your provider shares with you. We do not collect payment information, precise location, or sensitive health records beyond what you voluntarily enter.
Your data is used solely to provide the client portal service: enabling you and your provider to communicate and track wellness progress over time. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.
Your information is accessible only to you and the specific provider who invited you. Database-level row security controls enforce this — even other users of the platform cannot access your records. Provider notes marked as private are never visible to clients.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting your provider or reaching out to us directly.
DeepCare is not a HIPAA-compliant medical record system. Do not store protected health information (PHI) or expect this platform to meet clinical data requirements. See our full disclaimer.
