Permitted use

DeepCare is for personal wellness tracking between you and your invited service provider. You may not use the platform for medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency communications.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Notify your provider immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of the wellness notes and concern updates you submit. By submitting content, you grant your provider the right to view and respond to it within the context of your client relationship.

No medical relationship

Limitation of liability

DeepCare is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any harm resulting from use of or inability to use the platform.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
